What is your delivery area?
Our delivery trucks have a broad delivery area encompassing 16 counties through the heart of Michigan. We can also ship to the 48 continuous states by UPS or a freightliner based on the size of your order. Contact one of our sales representatives for shipping information. Please see our “Where We Work” menu under the “Why Polack” tab at the top of the page.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Most items are delivered in 1 to 2 days with standard shipping. Custom orders may take longer. If you absolutely need your order today, we can provide same day delivery within our delivery area for a nominal fee.
Do you have another branch?
No, currently our office and warehouse is in Lansing, MI.
What Methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept electronic payments (ACH payments) and company checks with approved credit.
How much does a carton of paper cost?
We offer a wide variety of paper to fit any need. Please call us to get customized pricing based on your paper needs.

How do I place a service call?
All phone calls are personally answered at The Polack Corporation. Placing a service call is as easy as telling the receptionist you need your machine repaired and she will immediately transfer you to our service department; or you may fill out our service request form on the website. Please have your tag ID # or the model of your equipment available so we can expedite your request.
Can I bring my printer to your warehouse to be serviced?
Unfortunately no, it is sometimes difficult to properly diagnose the problem when the machine is out of its normal environment.
If I did not buy my equipment from you can you still service it?
Yes, as long as it is Ricoh, Savin, Lanier, HP or Lexmark equipment.
How much does it cost for a technician to service my printer or copier?
We have several maintenance agreement plans that should fit any budget. However, if you choose to pay per service call: there is an hourly fee of $125.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge for printers and $195.00 for copiers. Other companies charge a “trip charge” for driving, we do not. Network and connectivity rates are $125.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge. If a return call is necessary you will be billed actual time in 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes. Phone calls are billed minimum of 30 minutes.
What kind of maintenance programs do you offer?

Do you perform warranty repairs on Hewlett Packard printers?
Yes, The Polack Corporation is a Hewlett Packard ASP Service Provider.
Do you support Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera printers and copiers?
No we do not.
Do you support Ricoh, Lanier, Savin & Gestetner models?
Yes, The Polack Corporation supports all Ricoh products.
What territories does The Polack Corporation serve?
That is a complicated question, for Ricoh/Saving products we serve 16 counties through the hear of Michigan – please see “Where We Work” tab in our menu above under “Why Polack”. For our software solutions and document management products along with our Lexmark products we can serve as needed at any location.
Does The Polack Corporation offer leasing?
Yes, we have an In House lease program offered to all qualifying customers. Our leases have different end of term options, little or no fees, and minimal paper work.
What is The Polack Corporations response time to service calls?
We will respond to a service call within 4 hours of the time the service call is placed.
